چکیده

Research aim: to investigate the proliferative status of endometrium in different morphotypes endometrial hyperplasia based upon identification key molecular markers cell cycle.Materials and methods. Endometrial samples taken from 137 women were investigated: 40 – normal (NE), 61 non-atypical (ЕH), 36 atypical (AHE). Expression gene cyclin D1, nuclear antigen Кі-67, glycoproteins Е-cadherin β-catenin, estradiol receptors (ER) progesterone (PGR) investigated. Results. ER expression NE was high phase decreased significantly secretory phase. PGR both phases. EH glandular (180 ± 8.3) stromal cells (170.5 4.1) exceed indicators (197.5 9.3) NE. reliably if there AHE. 2.6 times lower (74.6 3.9) compere (p <0.05) 2.4 (р <0.05). AHE dropped 30.3 2.8, which 5.5–5.6 than <0.002). 2.5–2.7 (71.1 2.3) glands 2.8 Gene D1 increased EH. Protein Кі-67 2.9 We discovered strong direction decreasing it lowest for Opposite β-catenin. The highest numbers positive observed 100%. negative β-catenin (32,5–35%).Conclusion. epigenetic profile investigation will be useful future development carcinogenesis risk stratification, identifying patients with cancer also choosing optimal way influence pathological process endometrium.

Evaluation of the Effect of Additive Metformin to Progesterone on Patients with Endometrial Hyperplasia

Background and Objectives: Endometrial hyperplasia (EH) is an abnormal overgrowth of endometrium that may lead to endometrial cancer, especially when accompanied by atypia. The treatment of EH is challenging, and previous studies report conflicting results. Metformin (dimethyl biguanide) is an anti-diabetic and insulin sensitizer agent, which is supposed to have antiproliferative and anticancer...

Endometrial hyperplasia: a review.

UNLABELLED Endometrial hyperplasia is a precursor to the most common gynecologic cancer diagnosed in women: endometrial cancer of endometrioid histology. It is most often diagnosed in postmenopausal women, but women at any age with unopposed estrogen from any source are at an increased risk for developing endometrial hyperplasia. Hyperplasia with cytologic atypia represents the greatest risk fo...

P53 Expression in Endometrial Hyperplasia and Endometrial Carcinoma

Background and Objectives: Mutations of the P53 tumor suppressor gene and alterations in its protein expression often occur in a variety of human malignant tumors, including endometrial carcinoma, but the practical implications of this phenomenon are yet to be fully exploited. This study was designed to evaluate P53 protein expression in normal, hyperplastic and malignant endometrium by immunoh...
